Hello all! My name is Matt Jackson. I created Last Day in early 2001 as just another way to praise God through music! I never imagined it would grow to what it has become today! I am happily married to the love of my life and best friend and we have a beautiful son together! Some of my favorite things are Bengals football, hanging out with the fam, and hanging out with youth groups! God is always numero uno in my life and I thank him every day for what he has blessed me with! Thanks for checking us out and get ready for Last Day…. Are you ready??

PJ Ehling
Lead Guitar
Hey, I’m PJ Ehling, and I play guitar with Last Day! I was born and raised in Ohio, I like Coca-Cola, I think Snood is the coolest game ever, and I hope the Bengals make it to the Super Bowl…eventually! God’s call has been an adventure for me. I was a mechanical engineering major my freshman year of college, then I went to the seminary with the Salesians of Don Bosco in New Jersey—quite a change of plans—and now I’m majoring in Theology at Thomas More College. I feel called to youth ministry and to be part of Last Day, and I love both! What kind of stuff do I like…Burger King french fries, any kind of hamburger, hanging out with my little nephew, playing guitar, NASCAR…you know, the important stuff! I’ve always loved music, but after being volunteered to play guitar (when I didn’t know how to play it) for a retreat in Maryland, it’s come to be my favorite instrument by far! To sum up and give my two cents on how to live this life, here is my philosophy: Gold Star Chili is good, cats are bad, and God is awesome!!

Andy Hans
Bass
Hey! I’m Andy Hans, the bassist. I am in college studying the field of computer forensics. I enjoy video games, action movies, music, and spicy foods. I started learning to play the bass in 2004. Shortly after I started taking lessons, I began playing in the youth group band. A year later, I joined as the bassist for the church choir. Playing music with church groups and Last Day has really strengthened my faith. I have been going to the Ichthus music festival since the 8th grade, and I plan to keep going as many years as I can. I like to listen to a mix of different types of Christian rock music, along with classic rock and some alternative rock.

Hi my name is John Hughes. The Doctor of Drumz for Last Day.
I have been playing drums for thirteen years, and have been a Christian since February 2001. I am in this band to worship Jesus. My motto is "Play Hard and Honor God". I have been friends with Matt Jackson, since I was in 8th grade and I have become friends with Andy and PJ since we joined musical forces to praise the Lord. It is great to be able to praise Him with friends! Some other hobbies I enjoy are working as a Security Officer and hanging out with friends. I love collecting movies.
